What happens if my light arrives damaged or defective?
Contact Lumora Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We’ll review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.
How many lights should I order?
For a small cabinet or closet, 1–2 lights may be enough. For kitchen counters or larger spaces, we recommend 2–4 lights for more even coverage.
What sizes are available?
Lumora™ is available in 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm sizes.
How do I recharge it?
Simply remove the light from its magnetic mount and recharge it using the compatible charging cable supplied with the product.
How do I install it?
Installation takes just a few minutes. Attach the included mounting system to your desired surface, then magnetically attach the light. This also makes it easy to remove for charging.
How does the motion sensor work?
Lumora™ automatically detects movement and turns on when you approach. Depending on the selected mode, you can also keep the light continuously on or turn it off.
Does it need to be wired?
No. Lumora™ is completely wireless and rechargeable, so there’s no electrical wiring or electrician required.
